All our charges are clearly listed below, with no hidden charges - what you see is what you pay, and we will always provide you with a quotation before we start. We can resolve most problems using 'Remote Control' but this assumes that your PC is bootable, you can access the Internet, and able to download the 'Remote Control' module.
If you have a minor problem, want to know how to do something, or share your IT Tips, you can post your question or solution as a discussion on our Facebook page. If you post a problem, the solution will be provided to you for a small fee via Private Message.
